Self-Motivation

Self-motivation is our internal drive to achieve, produce, develop, and keep moving forward.

What keeps you going? The simple fact that I woke up this morning motivates me. God gave me the nudge this morning to wake up and step into my power.

Do you have motivation triggers? Those things that make you smile and say, “Yes,” let’s do this today! For me, it’s a total take over, and my triggers involve beautiful people and beautiful things.

My beautiful people are people who love me, and I love them back immensely. I check on them; they check on me. We laugh, cry, and motivate the heck out of each other as if it was a competition! You know who you are, and I thank you for the love and empowerment you give ME in everything I set out to achieve. Do you have beautiful people surrounding you?

If they don’t make you smile or make your heart flutter, it’s time to make a circle change.

My beautiful things include the sun, the moon, flowers, coffee, candles, perfume, and so much more to name. I love the brightness, the darkness, caffeine, soft scents, and sometimes silence.

I keep myself motivated by learning something new every day. For me, it’s reading at least 30 minutes to 1 hour a day. Most of my readings are about wealth principles. Not only do I read, I practice and implement the principles.

Speaking of wealth principles, your bank account should motivate you as well.

What’s in that checking account, most importantly, what’s in that savings account? Money Matters in Motivation…don’t let a broke minded person or person who has never done anything tell you differently.

Get to know yourself. Knowing what makes you happy and what makes you move is so important. Do a lot of it and stay far away from people and things that don’t benefit you. If you’re constantly ending up in the same place at every juncture with the same people and things that suck the life out of you, that’s you…you control your internal and external happiness. Only you can change that.

Lastly, I enjoy helping others. Philanthropy is good for the soul. Not only do you help other people, you help yourself in understanding that the world has good and bad things, but you provide goodness, and that’s what self-motivates you.

Yours In Prosperity,

Deborah Flemming Bradley
